Method for preparing a natural liquid energetic product obtained by mixing milk, 5 to 20 % by weight of genuine honey; 0.6 to 6 % of pollen; 1 to 9 % of powder cocoa and 0.1 to 3 % of natural aromas extracted from herbs. The pH is ajusted between 6.30 and 6.60 and the mixing takes place in a first agitator with 15 % of the milk, whereafter this intermediary mixture is passed to an agitating tank containing the remaining 85 % of milk; homogenization and uperization of the product are carried out at 150 DEG C during 2 to 4 seconds, and the finished product is transferred to an aseptic packaging machine where the product is packaged in any type of standard package, preferably of the brik type. |
