<p>The invention concerns a device for sorting and distributing of packaging units, in particular bottles transported standing in a single row on a horizontal main conveyor (1). The packaging units, in particular bottles (2), are transported on a conveyor running parallel to and next to the main conveyor (1) whereby there is provided a recognition station (5) and a switch device (6) controlled by it. Bottles recognized as defective are guided along a first guiding element (11) onto an eliminating conveyor (13) and bottles recognized as non-defective are returned along a second guiding element (10) onto the main conveyor (1). The bottles recognized as defective are guided especially over several conveyors having each a lower velocity, particularly 65-80 % of the preceding velocity.</p> |
