The device comprises an inner face light-exposing section (23) which has shadow mask (21) inside, and is attached to the inner face of a panel (22) to shape a coating film on and expose the inner face to light, a rear face light-exposing section (24) which is attached on the rear face of a panel and exposes the rear face to light, and a light-exposure compensating filter which is installed between the panel and the rear face to compensates amount of rear face light-exposure.
