The apparatus adjusts output power after assembling by controlling the phase angles of a displacer rod and a piston rod, so that it can make possible the output power adjustment correspodent to load conditions. The apparatus makes variable one of a displacer rod guide groove(11) and a piston rod guide groove(12), and makes the other fixed. The variably movable guide groove can be adjusted within a control guide groove(14).
