Transmission frame comprising a synchronisation flag and information bits (B1 to B62). It is formed by a first subframe at least in which features the synchronisation flag and an indentification field (I) which specifies the number of subframes, each of the other subframes comprising blocking bits so arranged that the synchronisation flag cannot appear in these subframes except in accompaniment with the first subframe.
