Coating process for a nickel-titanium alloy component
摘要
The title process comprises the following steps: a nickel-titanium alloy component is subjected in succession to an anodic electrolytic treatment and to a cathodic electrolytic treatment using an electrolyte which contains as essential constituent hydrochloric acid, in particular an electrolyte which has a chloride ion concentration of 0.1 mol/l or more and a pH of 2 or less, or else an electrolyte which has a chloride ion concentration of 0.4 mol/l or more, or preferably an electrolyte which has a chloride ion concentration of 0.3 mol/l or more and a pH of 2 or less; the treated nickel-titanium alloy component is precoated with a desired metal; and the precoated nickel-titanium alloy component is electroplated with a desired metal. The adhesion between the nickel-titanium alloy component and a coating layer is very good.
