Circuit arrangement for transmitting optical signals

A circuit arrangement for transmitting optical signals via optical waveguides is indicated in which a supply circuit and a modulation circuit which supplies the signals to be transmitted are connected to a laser which emits modulated light. An all-pass filter with a network containing a diode is inserted into the modulation circuit, by which network signal transit time delays caused by the laser in conjunction with the optical waveguide are compensated for. A switch diode is used as a diode to detect an extended frequency range.
