The electrode supporting structure is mfd. by (a) forming an aluminium wire layer (b) having a fixed pattern on the insulating substrate (10) composed of ceramics and glasses, (b) laminating an insulating layer (81) contg. a porous part (80) by using a mask having a polygonal pattern, (c) impregnating a hot paste (70) into the part (80) of the layer (81), and solidifying it in the baking furnace, (d) arranging a grid bridge on the upper side of the layer (81) and the paste (70), and (e) covering a frit, and baking it. The electroconductive structure prevents a crack-generation of the substrate and a brake of the Al wire layer.
