Temperature sensor having a mineral-insulated supply line arranged in a metal sheath
摘要
An elongated measuring resistor, designed as a temperature sensor, is arranged with mineral insulation in the metal sheath of a mineral- insulated coaxial cable and is connected electrically and in a mechanically fixed manner at both its ends in each case to one end of a supply line of the inner conductor of the coaxial cable by means of soldering; the insert opening of the measuring resistor is closed by an electrically insulating, temperature-resistant casting compound, the insert opening being additionally covered by a securing sleeve pushed onto the sheath and provided with beads. Either a filament made of dispersion-hardened platinum or a thin-layer resistor made of a platinum-rhodium alloy on a ceramic substrate is used as measuring resistor.
