Known valves for the injection of fuel or of a fuel/gas mixture have perforated bodies comprising two interconnected silicon plates, the upper plate having one or more injection openings and the lower plate being provided with a through hole through which a fuel jet can emerge. The new valve for the injection of fuel or of a fuel/gas mixture has a perforated body (22) which comprises an upper plate (24) and at least one, downstream, lower plate (25), in which a jet divider (70) is inserted. The jet divider (70) divides the through hole into at least two passage openings (72), producing or maintaining twin-jet flow in the valve. Passages (28) via which the gas impinges upon the fuel dispensed through an injection opening (60) are formed between the upper plate (24) and the lower plate (25), the number of passages being, for example, two. The perforated body and the valve are particularly suitable for injection systems of spark-ignition internal combustion engines. <IMAGE>
