The device comprises heating torches (9) for directly heating and melfusing seal faces(P',F') of a panel (P) and a funnel (F) which are separated at a distance (below 15mm), an air nozzle (10) for supplying cooling air to the inner part surrounded by the panel (P) and the funnel (F), and an airtight section (11) for preventing air from flowing through a neck section of the funnel (F).
