<p>PURPOSE:To improve the baking strength and color tone of ceramic in the production of a false tooth for dental treatment by successively pretreating an alloy for baking ceramic with a specified molten salt and a specified acid treating agent. CONSTITUTION:An alloy for baking ceramic is successively pretreated with a molten salt and an acid treating agent. A mixture consisting of 5-95wt.% at least one kind of alkali hydroxide such as NaOH or KOH and the balance at least one kind of alkali metallic salt such as Na2SO4, K2SO4, NaNO3, KNO3, NaCl or KCl is used as the molten salt. An aq. soln. of an inorg. acid is used as the acid treating agent.</p> |
