The invention relates to a process for producing fluidised-bed spray granulates and spray-drying products using a tripropellant spray nozzle in which two liquids containing a mutually reactive component is sprayed by means of a propellant gas and caused to react and solvent is evaporated while avoiding blockages and incrustations in/on the nozzle from contents and/or reaction products. According to the invention, blockages and incrustations can be prevented by the use of a tripropellant nozzle, the nose (2) of which has a central pipe (10) and two jacket pipes (11 and 12) fitted coaxially around it, in which the central pipe and the annular gap (13) formed between it and the inner jacket pipe (11) communicate with a liquid channel (7 or 6) each and the outer annular gap (14) formed between the jacket pipes communicates with the propellant channel (8) of the nozzle body (1), while the jacket pipes extend over the same length to the tip of the nozzle or preferably the central pipe extends beyond the ends of the jacket pipes. |
