<p>PURPOSE:To detect an optimum position for detaining a clasp which is a means for fixing the partial denture to the tooth of an oral model corresponding to an abutment tooth. CONSTITUTION:This detector consists of a first detector 11 for pressing the front end of the clasp to the upper surface of the tooth C' serving as the center of rotational motion at the time of attaching and detaching the clasp, a second detector 12 contactable with the flank of the tooth C to be detained with the clasp in a state parallel with this first detector 11 and a supporting body 13 for mounting the first and second detectors 11, 12. One of both detectors is fixable to this supporting body 13 and the other one is mounted movably by maintaining the parallel state.</p> |
