<p>PURPOSE:To provide a portable telephone set in which a clock time built therein is set automatically to the standard time of an area where the portable telephone set is. CONSTITUTION:The portable telephone set incorporating a clock 24 indicating a time is provided with a storage means 22 storing a time difference table by area codes and a control means 26 reading a time difference corresponding to the area code from the storage means 22 based on the received area code and setting the time of the clock 24 based on the time difference.</p> |
