PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare or correct sentences having correlation between document or words by reflecting the changed contents of either one of document file and a database file to the other. CONSTITUTION:A document file 21 and a document file index 22 in a storage device 2 are prepared in one-to-one correspondance and a database file 23 and a database file index 24 are similarly prepared in one-to-one correspondance. Since the position of the file 21 is specified in the case of inputting a document from the file 23, the items of the index 22 are added and relation with the already prepared index 24 is automatically executed. Simultaneously with the opening of the file 23, a table calculation program is started. Thereby tabulation can be automatically recalculated only by changing a part of all of values of the contents of a table. |
