PURPOSE:To eliminate squeezing of matrix resin and to enable execution of impregnation by small-sized equipment and at a high speed of impregnation by impregnating a fiber aggregate with the matrix resin by moving a group of impregnating rolls in the same direction as a laminate and at a higher moving speed than the laminate. CONSTITUTION:When a rotation in the direction of an arrow 7 is given to a group of impregnating rolls 1a to 1h while a release sheet 3, a fiber aggregate 4, matrix resin 5 and a pressure belt 6 are stopped, the group of the impregnating rolls 1a to 1h roll and move on the release sheet 3 while rotating in the direction of arrow 8. At this time, the fiber aggregate 4 and the matrix resin 5 can be subjected to a pressing action repeatedly between the pressure belt 6 and the impregnating rolls 1a to 1h. The pressing action can be applied in a large number of times by moving a collected body of the pressure belt 6 and the release sheet 3, the fiber aggregate 4 and the matrix resin 5 superposed on the belt, in the same direction as the moving direction of the group of the impregnating rolls 1a to 1h, and by making the moving speed of the group of the impregnating rolls 1a to 1h higher than that of the collected body. |
