PURPOSE:To reduce interruption of talking due to congestion and call reception and transmission disable states by efficiently using speech channel on the occurrence of congestion. CONSTITUTION:A line control station 6 operates speech channel radio equipments 41-48 having same frequency for one zone of adjacent zones 1, 2 and inoperates for the other zone and operates number of speech channels of each zone depending on the state of the zones. That is, the frequency of the speech channel of the adjacent zone is used for the speech channel of the zone in the congestion state. Thus, the congestion state is avoided and call (call reception) disable state or interrupted talking is reduced and limited number of speech channels are more efficiently used. |
