CAMERA ATTITUDE PARAMETER CALCULATING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide the calculating method capable of obtaining attitude parameters indicating the attitude of an on-vehicle camera against a road. CONSTITUTION:A recognition process section 15 recognizes a prescribed kinds of objects in a screen photographed by an on-vehicle camera 11. The objects in the screen are displaced when a vehicle is traveled, and this displacement must be recognized. Attitude parameters of the on-vehicle camera 11 against a road are obtained for this estimation. The support information from a navigation processor 2 and an anti-lock brake device 3 is used for calculating the attitude parameters. When the support information from the navigation processor 2 or the like is used, the attitude parameters can be efficiently and accurately obtained.
