PURPOSE: To enable packed items of various kinds of shapes and sizes to be packed through simple packing operation. CONSTITUTION: There are provided a sheet-like packing member 1, having an inter-wall section 13 enclosed by a gas-barrier flexible wall surface 11 and a gas capsule 2 for use in defining and enclosing not less than two kinds of substances mixed to generate gas and enabling the substances to be mixed from each other under application of pressure. At least a part of the gas capsule 2 is provided with a section, where only gas is passed through it and then the gas capsule 2 is stored in the inter-wall section 13 of the sheet-like packing member 1. |
