PURPOSE:To prevent a foam-forming material from flowing out of a container, obtain a state suitable for conditions for foam formation and carry out foaming securely by reaction with air, by closing normally the foam outflow function part and air inlet of a foam-forming device and by opening them in use. CONSTITUTION:Usually a foam-outflow function part 1, which can turn, is positioned above a container 2, to which finger-pressure can be exerted, and is closed, and an air inlet and an air passage to the foam-outflow function part 1 are also closed, thereby preventing air from acting on a foam-forming material, preventing the formation of foam.
