CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 3 and the closure region 27 of an outlet valve casing 26 are embodied in a structural portion, and an upheaval section formed from the material of a casing block 45 by caulking is provided as at least one caulked section 55 working toward the outlet valve casing 26 as one of fixed members.
