The apparatus includes a rotary member on which a rotation nozzle generating rotary power for rotating the spray arm when cleaning water is supplied, the rotary member being connected to a flange of the spray arm, a supporting member connected to the flange through the rotary member, and a guiding member for temporarily stopping the rotation of the rotary member when water is supplied or drained, thereby spraying the cleaning water in wide range.
