The method includes the steps of inputting the number of filtering on the software of a computer, setting an added value corresponding to the filtered digital value output from a mass flow meter and setting value corresponding to the initial D/A converter setting as 0, reading a read value for a predetermined time, and lessening noise by dividing the added value by the number of filtering, and then outputting it as a digital value.
