In order to reduce the ricochet movement of the head or other parts of the body of a person in a means of transport such as a motor vehicule in the event of a collision, an arrangement is provided at the head support (11) where a fluid-filled cushion (1) is mounted. The cushion (1) is equipped with one or more weakened areas (2, 3) and possibly one or more openings which preferably are covered by a sealing device. The cushion (1) is kept expanded in a shock-absorbing and flexible position by means of a suitable pressure which at a predetermined pressure against or inside the cushion changes volume and form in that the fluid is displaced via a valve (6) to another cushion or container (7), or that the cushion is padded with fluid-filled cells which crack and empty via the holes to an increasing degree from pressure on the bodies. |
