摘要 The method consists of; a time measuring routime checking the welding start and finish times by an arc detecting sensor comnected to a programmable logic controller (PLC) and transferring the measured time data to a robot through the communication port; and a file storing routine automatically filing the measured welding times and clearing a timer of the programmable logic controller. The production plan is efficiently devised to be easy to keep the data of the measured welding times.
