PURPOSE:To obtain a switchboard which can be installed conveniently in a row while eliminating excess space for extension of rail and protecting components having door against damage. CONSTITUTION:A door 3 mounting a large number of components 2 having door is fixed to the front of a box body 1. A draw-out truck 5 carrying a machine 5a is disposed above a circuit breaker 4 such that the truck 5 is guided on a fixed rail 6 through wheels 5b with a stopper 7 and a contactor 8 being disposed on the rear. An extension rail 9 extends horizontally on the door 3 side of the fixed rail 6. Rotary means 10, e.g. pins or hinges, couples the fixed rail 6 in the vicinity of the doors 3 on the opposite sides thereof with the rear of the extension rail 9 on the opposite sides thereof in order to rotate the extension rail 9 upward from the horizontal position. A supporting means 11 made of a thick steel plate, for example, supports the total weight of the extension rail 9, the draw-out truck 5 and the machine 5a carried thereon at the horizontal position of the extension rail 9. |
