PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric element suitable for realizing the miniaturization and high-performance of an electronic device by orienting a concentric crystal axis or an cristal axis having a large dielectric constant in a cross section surface direction to a cylindrical or columnar dielectric element. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical or columnar dielectric element composed of a dielectric porcelain composition, a concentric crystal axis or an crystal axis having a large dielectric constant ion a cross section surface direction is oriented. According to this dielectric element, since a large dielectric element can be obtained same as in a case where a dielectric porcelain composition having a large dielectric constant is used by conforming a crystal axis direction having a large dielectric constant with an electric field direction in a case where a dielectric element is used when a conventional dielectric porcelain composition is used, a dielectric element can be miniaturized. |
