<p>PURPOSE:To make a delivery plan in which the total length of delivery route is short when a demand for emergency delivery occurs by calculating a difference between the case where reciprocal delivery is done between a delivery center and destination for emergency delivery and the case where delivery breaks into the existing delivery plan. CONSTITUTION:A difference of the total delivery distance between the case where a delivery car delivers reciprocatingly between a delivery center P (0) and destination for emergency delivery P (n+1) and the case where the same delivery car delivers to the destination for emergency delivery P (n+1) while it delivers to destination for delivery P (ik) and P (jk) whose orders of delivery are adjacent in the existing delivery plan which is stored in a delivery plan information storage means 3 is calculated by a planning means 2 based on a delivery destination distance information storage means 1 and the delivery plan information storage means 3. The order of delivery is determined according to the order of difference obtained concerning one or a plural number of delivery cars, and delivery route to the destination for emergency delivery is determined based on the order.</p> |
