<p>PURPOSE:To realize the remote control for leaving a parking lot without imparting unnecessary anxiety to the user of a toll parking lot where a failure occurs. CONSTITUTION:From when a vehicle is located in the vicinity of the automatic adjustment machine 2 of a toll parking lot, a video recording of the vicinity of the automatic adjustment machine is performed. When the abnormality of the automatic adjustment machine is detected, the controller 3 and the remote control device 9 of the automatic adjustment machine are connected via a telephone line. Thus, a calling is enabled by a telephone set 10 connected between the remote control device and the controller and the images for which the video recording is performed are reproduced on the remote control device. A clerk judges the adjustment status of a user by the voice and the images. If an unfairness does not exist in the user, the leaving operation of the vehicle is performed by the command from the remote control device.</p> |
