PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy food effectively usable for preventing cancer, diabetes, arteriosclerosis and cerebral apoplexy and normalizing the intestinal function controlling actions and blood pressure by extracting ingredients, contained in an UME (plum) tree and effectively useful for human bodies. CONSTITUTION:This healthy food is obtained by continuously carrying out the first step for placing crushed pieces of an UME tree in hot water, boiling the crushed pieces therein and extracting various ingredients effectively useful for human bodies such as beta-carotene, quercitrin, citric acid, succinic acid and tannin and the second step for boiling down the resultant extracted solution at a specific temperature for a specific time, evaporating water and providing the food. |
