PURPOSE:To obtain a propolis extract-containing beverage, stably containing a propolis extract, capable of reducing secondary precipitation,and further a strong irritant taste, excellent in water dispersibility, keeping quality for a long period and taste and useful as an agent for anti-sensitive diseases, etc. CONSTITUTION:This propolis extract-containing beverage contains preferably >=0.001wt.% propolis expressed in terms of extraction solid content and more preferably 0.005-0.08wt.% xanthan gum. Furthermore, an emulsifying agent is preferably contained therein. |
