PURPOSE:To obtain a sound image localization system in which the sound image is localized simply with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:To a stage, 1st, 2nd and 3rd speakers 2a, 2b, 2c are provided in the broadwise direction at a predetermined interval and 1st, 2nd and 3rd receivers 3a, 3b, 3c detecting the position of a talker on the stage are provided. Then based on the position of the talker detected by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd receivers 3a, 3b, 3c, the distance between the talker and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd speakers 2a, 2b, 2c is calculated respectively by a distance calculation means 6 and a transmission sequencing means 7 allows a speaker closer to the talker to provide a sound output based on the distance calculated by the distance calculation means 6. |
