PURPOSE:To output a character which uses optical illusion technology and is good in readability. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 13 is stored with reference outline information consisting of border position information 11a, outline character information 11b, and a deletable flag 11c extracted by an extraction part 12 and a conversion part 15 converts the information into outline information of optional size. Further, a stroke correction part 16 corrects the border position information converted by the conversion part 15. At this time, a deletion flag detection part 16a refers to deletable flags and detects deletable strokes, and a deletion judgement part 16b judges whether each stroke is less than a specific threshold value. A correcting process which deletes the strokes which are deletable and less than the specific threshold value is performed. Further, an outline character information correction part 17 corrects the outline character information converted by the conversion part 15 according to the correction and a development part 14 develops raster data based on the corrected outline character information. |
