The apparatus includes a sensing room set in a main room for containing rinse, the sensing room having an opening into which the rinse is introduced, a magnet which floats according to the level of rinse, the magnet being inserted into the sensing room, and a magnet sensor generating an electric signal informing the shortage of rinse by sensing the magnet when the magnet descends below a predetermined height, thereby sensing the amount of rinse automatically and indicating the shortage of rinse.
