The apparatus includes an external controller for changing a parameter of a specific word according to a system environment, a specific word form detector for detecting data in accord with a parameter about the form of the specific word, a specific word length detector for detecting data in accord with the parameter about the bit length of the specific word, a logic operator for generating data about the specific word by logically operating data detected by the specific word form detector and specific word length detector, and a specific word reception judging portion for determining if the specific word is received or not by comparing the output signal of the logic operator with a critical value set by a controller.
