PURPOSE:To support an upwardly warped printed board, which cannot be supported by pins and a flat face only, accurately on a flat face. CONSTITUTION:A support pin 8 having a pipe 7 provided with a collar 10 and a spring 9 is inserted into a plate 11. The plate 11 is fastened by a block 12 and the block 12 is fixed on a cylinder 5. The block 12 and a vacuum pump 13 are connected with a tube 14. The support pin 8 is raised by the cylinder 5 and adheres the bottom face of an upwardly warped printed board 15. When vacuum pressure is supplied to the tip of the support pin 8 by means of a vacuum pump 13, the support pin 8 sucks the upwardly warped printed board 15 and at the same time pulls back and the plate 11 and the collar 10 abuts on each other and therefore the upwardly warped printed board 15 is supported on a flat face accurately. |
