METHOD TO DETERMINE OPERATABILITY OF STRUCTURAL PART IN DIALYSIS SECTION OF DIALYZER FOR HEMO-DIALYZER, AND DEVICE TO PERFORM SAID METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a method to easily decide operability of a control system on an ultrafiltration rate in dialyzing treatment by a pressure maintaining test without requiring an additional device for a pressure fluctuation. CONSTITUTION: Operability of a dialysate section constituting part of a dialyzer of a hemodialyzer is decided by detecting the development of pressure of the dialyzer 1 in a dialyzing fluid circuit II in a cutoff condition of the dialyzer 1 by a signal of a pressure transducer 22. That is, the dialyzer 1 is separated from the dialyzing fluid circuit II for a short time when an average dialysate is stable in a dense condition, and the development of pressure of a dialyzing fluid of this separated dialyzer is monitored by a pressure maintaining test known in itself.
