<p>PURPOSE:To increase strength and make thickness uniform by forming each opening at both the ends of a resin piston, forming a plurality of center holes having each bottom surface at the same positions in the axial direction on the end surface of a flange part, and arranging glass fibers after the solidification of resin in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:Resin piston 1 is equipped with at least a plurality of flange parts 2 and 3 for supporting a cup member installed on a cylinder. In this case, a plurality of center holes 4 and 5 having the bottom surfaces 4a and 5a are drilled on the edge surface in one flange part 3 and the same positions in the axial direction. Further, a projecton part 6 which extends in the outer peripheral direction from the axis center is formed on the bottom surface 5a of one cneter hole 5, and a small diameter part 7 is formed the outer periphery of the center part. When the resin piston 1 is molded, resin is jetted from the part B. Accordingly, resin flows in the radial direction only in one flange part 3, and also the direction of the glass fiber after solidification is set in the radial direction. Accordingly, strength can be increased, and the uniform thickness can be secured.</p> |
