<p>PURPOSE: To realize an optimized compensation to keep an excellent performance of the press and to minimize the oil consumption by enhancing the advancing speed of the piston rod before its reverse motion is begun after it reaches at the cutting position. CONSTITUTION: When the valve 16a is switched to the position (b) (stage 2B), the pressured oil is still supplied to the cylinder chamber 12. The non-pressured oil is supplied from the tank 15 into the cylinder chamber 11. Thus the piston rod 2 is accelerated and the speed of the slide 3 is not retarded. When the valve 16a is again switched to the position (a), the stage comes to 2C, and large amount of the pressure oil is supplied again into the cylinder chamber 11, resulting in further acceleration of the piston rod, with which decrease in the speed of the slide 3 due to the toggle lever effect is cancelled. When the valve 16a is switched to the position (a), and the valve 14a is switched to the position (a), after the piston reaches at the bottom dead center, the pressure oil is supplied from the pipe 30 to the pipe 36, and the pressure is applied on the circular cylinder chamber 13, then the piston is rapidly pushed up.</p> |
