PURPOSE:To obtain a plane form heating element which can improve the flexibility and the durability, and highly suitable for a ribbon heater and the like. CONSTITUTION:To a heat-resisting insulating sheet form body, a conductive thread form body 5a made by bundling plural continued fine metal lines with the diameter less than 30mum is provided. As a result, not only the flexibility and the heating efficiency of the conductive thread form body 5a can be improved, but also a tough material such as a stainless steel can be used, and the flexibility and the durability can be improved. |
