<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the wasteful consumption of power in a state where an operation is temporarily stopped even at operation time and to speedily restore a system to an original operation state by including the content of a memory when the indication of starting is indicated thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Pseudo SRAM 14 provided with a self refresh function and a mode storage part 15 as a mode setting means setting a unit concerned to an operation mode executing a regular operation and an idle mode executing only the necessarily minimum operation are provided. Furthermore, a refresh control part 16 as a mode control means for self-refresh-operating pseudo SRAM 14 at the idle mode, centralizedly giving a refresh signal and shifting the unit concerned to the operation mode when a starting signal (i) is inputted from an external signal input part 17 is provided.</p> |
