CONSTITUTION:A picture storage means 101 having a capacity equivalent to one frame, storing picture data inputted from the outside and asynchronously reading and writing picture data based on write address data WA and read address data RA, a write address generation means 102 generating and outputting write address data WA based on a write address control signal WAC, a read address generation means 103 generating and outputting read address data RA based on a read address control signal RAC address control means 104 outputting the write address control signal WAC equivalent to a write address, which does not affect the reading of picture data corresponding to the read address control signal RAC, and the read address control signal RAC in accordance with a picture processing indication signal GC from the outside are provided. |
