PURPOSE:To provide a direct construction cost calcultor which is capable of registering the materials, labor and machines according to the kinds of constructions as rates per unit, performing the history control, flexibly coping with different enforcing conditions, etc., according to calculating formulas/condition corrections and performing the remarkable man-hour reduction of a rate per unit preparing work. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with each unit price storage parts 4, 5 and 6 storing the unit prices of various kinds of materials, labor and machines, a rate per unit data storage part 9 storing the calculating method for the standard quantity of materials, labor and machines which are necessary for the unit quantity of various kinds of constructions and standard quantity to be determined by the execution conditions, the calculating formulas reference numbers of correction coefficient and an execution condition designation menu by which the execution condition for this kind of construction can be selected, a condition correction storage part 8 storing the condition value corresponding to the execution condition and a calculating formula storage part 8 storing the calculating formulas calculating the correction coefficient of the standard quantity by using a condition value, and performs the calculation of construction cost by referring to the data stored in each storage means by the kind of construction, the execution amount and the execution condition selection data inputted from the input part 1. |
