The invention relates to a device with which it is possible, in a single operation, to provide an entire edentulous sector with implants: premolar to molar, both sides, and/or canine to canine. It consists -either of a cylinder (i) which has a metal border (2) running along its main axis, from which border (2) there protrude brackets (3) which end in posts (4) (Fig. IV), -or of a tube (i) having a slot (6), a screw thread (8) which can be closed by a screw (9), sliding and interchangeable cylindrical elements (j) having, along their main axis, a metal border (2) from which there protrude brackets (3) which end in posts (4) (Fig. V). The device according to the invention permits implantation, in a single operation, of an entire edentulous sector, particularly when the bone height is slight and when the inferior dental nerve is level with the crest. <IMAGE>
