<p>PURPOSE:To improve the shielding performance by simplifying the ground circuit to earth a shield wire housed in a moulded protector for wire harness to the car body, so as to simplify the forming process of the ground circuit, and at the same time, eliminating the nonexistent part of the sheath layer for the ground circuit. CONSTITUTION:An insulating skin 4 of the sheath layer 3 at the middle part of a shield wire 1 is removed to expose the conductive layer 5 of the sheath layer 3. After that, by using a connector 6 for ground having a cut circular contact 7 and a connection 8, the contact 7 is connected to the exposed conductive layer 5A of a shield wire 1 in a moulded protector 10 for wire harness. Together with such a connecting, the connection 8 is projected from a connector insertion hole 12 to the outer side of the moulded protector 10, and it is superposed to the installing part 11 of the moulded protector 10 to the car body. And the connection 8 and the installing part 11 in the superposing posture are fixed to the car body 14 by using a common installing bolt 13, and the sheath layer 3 and the car body 14 are connected and continued through the connector 6 for ground and the installing bolt 13.</p> |
