PURPOSE:To call a sentence sample to be an answer by a user by automatically retrieving the sentence to be the answer based on the kind of a sentence received by the user and calling the stored sentence sample. CONSTITUTION:When the sentence, etc., received by the user is inputted from an input part 3, an input information storage part 4 stores input information and an input sentence storage part 5 stores the sentence inputted to the input part 3. Next, an input sentence analytic part 6 refers to a dictionary part 1 to execute the morpheme analysis of the sentence stored in the storage part 5 at first so as to divide the sentence into the units of words and successively executes syntax meaning analysis to extract a main word in the sentence as a key word. An input sentence kind investigating part 8 retrieves, a part 2 storing routine sentences by the sentence kind and a use through the use of the key word to decide the kind of the input sentence. An answering document extracting part 12 retrieves the part 2 storing routine sentences by the sentence kind and a use based of the sentence kind, extracts the sentence sample to be the answer of the input sentence and outputs it from an output part 14. |
