PURPOSE:To facilitate bending and suppress breaking by laminating a plurality of amorphous metal thin films without adhesion, packing the film between two pieces of flexible resin pack sheets which face each other and connecting the sheets at the brim edges. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of amorphous metal thin film ribbons are arranged in parallel, and the side edges are soldered to form a thin film. Then, the amorphous metal thin films are laminated without adhesion. Two polyvinyl chloride resin films are adhered by a calendar on the both planes of the amorphous metal thin film laminate. The parts protruding from the both edges of the amorphous metal thin film laminate are adhered and the amorphous metal thin film laminate is packed and sealed between the two films. |
