<p>PURPOSE: To provide raster output scanning(ROS) for reducing ROS scanning line jitters. CONSTITUTION: The high-speed scanning jitters of an ROS scanning system are practically reduced by using multi-phase clocks withdrawn from a crystal oscillator 10. The rising edge of scanning start signals is compared to clock signals and the phase of the clock signals after SOS signals is used for the scanning. To mention one example, scanning to scanning jitters is limited to be within the range of 1/8. A pixel interval provided with the accuracy of a higher level is also possible.</p> |
