<p>PURPOSE:To accurately judge a gas block, in which a fault is generated, to detect a fault block even in the case where gas pressure is raised due to the contact-to-contact arc at the time of opening a breaker in the case where a fault of an inner arc is generated in a gas insulating opening/closing device having plural gas blocks. CONSTITUTION:Gas pressure sensors S11-15, S21-25 for detecting gas pressure per each gas block 11-15, 21-25 of gas insulating opening/closing devices 1, 2 are provided. Pressure rise detecting units D11-15, D21-25 for detecting the rise of gas pressure per each gas block 11-15, 21-25 on the basis of the output signal of each gas pressure sensor S11-15, S21-25 are provided. A protecting relay operation detecting unit 6 for detecting the breaker opening indicating signal or the protecting relay operating signal from a protecting relay 3 is provided. A judgement unit 7 for judging a gas block, in which a rise of gas pressure is generated before starting to open the breaker, as a fault block is provided.</p> |
